Oil on canvas, 24” x 36”
(Framing available upon request. Please email me after purchase to arrange your preferred frame and discuss additional details.)
Created during my university studies, this painting reflects my early engagement with the still life tradition established by Jean Siméon Chardin in 18th-century France. Like Chardin, I was interested in how simple arrangements of everyday objects could convey balance, light, and a sense of stillness. This work marks one of my first explorations with oil paint, where I learned to observe form and atmosphere through patient study.
